Scary Things Come In Pink, Fuzzy Packages
Chapter 1 : Puppet To All
Rating: R By Rodriguez Anna

> Neesha Rocket woke to the scream of her alarm. She pushed the clock off her table that stood next to her bed and she rubbed her eyes and opened them, only to see her father standing there with his arms crossed.

“That’s the third snooze alarm!” He gently yelled, not really caring if his daughter got to school on time.

“Shit,” she hissed, as she quickly awoke herself and got out of bed to grab some clothes and run to school.

“I liked the muffins you made last night,” Giovanni, her father, announced.

“Thanks,” She said, quickly putting her shirt on and trudging through the pile of clothes on her floor to find some pants.

“And Lawrence wants a memo of this Saturday,” He said, handing her a disk. She grabbed the disk quickly and shoved it in her backpack.

“Is it for Lawrence III or IV?” She asked, just to make sure.

“III.”

“Okay,” She ran out of her room and down the hall, past about seven doors, to the kitchen. Living in a mansion had it’s ups and downs. Personally, on these late days, it did no good. Neesha ran to the fruit basket and grabbed a banana. Giovanni jogged after her, just to bid her good luck but she already ran out the door. He sighed and went back to his board room.

He walked through the long hallway with a lot of authority. On the way to the board room, he checked to see if his other daughter was still in bed, in which she wasn’t. Tasha usually would sleep in every day, since she had given up on going to school, since she could just inherit and work for her father’s company, which was Team Rocket. Lately though, Team Rocket had quite a pansy reputation. But it meant money, so Tasha didn’t care.

Giovanni sort of wondered where she was off to, since she never got up before 8 AM. But he just continued to the board room, where Carmen Sandiego and Lord Sauron waited.

Giovanni stepped into the dark room, where a large dark glass table sat in the middle, surrounded by black leather seats, where Carmen and Sauron sat.

“Pardon me for being late. I had to check up on my family. You know, children,” Giovanni sighed. Sauron gave no expression obviously. You can’t really see any smile or frown or ugly face with an awesome mask that he had. Carmen just sat up and smirked.

“So what’s the deal, Giovanni?” Sauron asked, leaning back in his chair.

“Sauron, I need you to understand that if you loose the Ring again, I’m gonna have to kill you. You have infinite power! How could you loose it in your sewage system?!” Giovanni asked.

“Uh . . . er . . . I was . . taking a shower and um . . . I just dropped it in there,” Sauron twiddled his thumbs, not looking as cocky about himself as before.

“Okay. That’s all. You’re excused,” Giovanni sighed. Sauron got up out of his chair and left. Carmen looked Giovanni in the eye with a smile.

“So what have you got for me?” She teased. Giovanni got up from his chair and stood behind Carmen as he slipped his hands unto her shoulders and kissed her neck repeatedly.

“Plenty,” he said as he pinned her to the table and kissed her lips. Just then, Tasha walked in.

“Hey dad, I- EEEEEEW! DAD! GET A ROOM!!!!!” Tasha screamed and turned around. Giovanni stopped and looked at Tasha.

“What are you doing up so early?” Giovanni asked, leaving Carmen a little heart broken, still on the table. Tasha turned around.

“I uh . . . I’m not doing anything!” Tasha said semi-innocently.

“Good. Get out!”

------

Neesha sped down the street on her bike to the school she HAD to attend. Her father wouldn’t let her attend a normal high school, so she had to go to one that was for criminal mastermind’s children only. But she was just thankful that she could get an education.

When she got to school, she was already late by 20 minutes, so she took her time in getting to her class. Since it was computer education, Mr. Goggans yelled at her. But he didn’t give her a detention, knowing she was Giovanni’s daughter. Neesha sat down next to her computer. Her best friend, Lawrence IV, sat next to her.

“Well, well . . . looks like you got up late!” Lawrence teased. Neesha grimaced.

“I hit snooze three times and I can’t even remember,” she said, logging in. Lawrence snickered.

“My dad wants your dad to have his memo,” Neesha exclaimed as she dug the disk out of her bag. Lawrence took it and looked at it.

“ ‘This for Saturday?” He asked.

“Yeah, I guess. My dad explained it but I didn’t listen to it all,” She said, looking around on the dry erase board for what she was supposed to do for an assignment today.

“Are you going to be there on Saturday?” Lawrence asked.

“Yeah. Well, I’ll be home. I don’t know if I’ll be at the meeting, knowing Artemis Fowl (okay, okay, I didn’t originally have him in this whole story but I just HAD to add him) will be there,” she sighed.

“Senior?” Lawrence asked.

“Yeah.”

“What about his son? Have you met him yet?” Lawrence asked.

“No. Does he attend this school?”

“No but he will. I hear this Artemis Fowl character hasn’t transferred his son into this school yet. Your dad still has to talk to him about that this Saturday,” Lawrence said as he typed.

“How do you know all this stuff anyhow?” Neesha asked him.

“I eaves drop on your dad and my dad. It’s fun,” Lawrence admitted.

“Wow. You’re bored. Hey, has your dad gotten his legendary birds he wanted?” Neesha asked.

“No. Poor sap. He’s not doing so well with all that,” Lawrence said, not really caring about it.

“Ha . . . because I have all three. They listen to Mew when I tell her to tell them to stay clear of that guy,” Neesha snickered.

“You’re so mean! He’s been breaking his back to get them! scowl You and your Mew,” Lawrence gritted his teeth. The bell rang and Neesha bolted out of her seat, realizing they all had to be dismissed.

“Sit down Ms. Rocket!” Mr. Goggans reprimanded.

“Sorry,” Neesha said and slipped back down into her seat.

“Okay, you all can leave,” Mr. Goggans announced.

[Later at lunch]

“Does anyone understand how friggin’ much I HATE Harry Potter?!” Malfloy stood on a table and screamed. Lawrence threw a pea at him.

“Shut up and sit down,” Lawrence hissed, turning back around to Neesha, who was petting Mew on her lap. Mew looked extremely content and/or sleeping.

“How did that little thing come to you anyway?” Lawrence asked, pointing his spoon at Mew.

“I have my dad to blame,” Neesha continued to pet Mew. Mew let out a sigh. “Mew wanted her eyebrow back.”

“How did she become friends with you though?” Lawrence asked.

“Well, I guess if you had an army of people that treated you like dirt, and there was one person that showed you compassion at the time, you’d be their friend too, don’t you think?” Neesha made her point.

“Yeah. But Mew is a legendary Pokemon. Don’t you think it deserves to be free?” Lawrence took another bite of food. “And plus, your dad would go insane if he figured out you had Mew!”

“I know the risks. But Mew doesn’t want to leave. We’ve become good friends,” Neesha said and tickled Mew. Mew popped her big blue/green eyes open and giggled.

“Funny thing though, a master ball won’t hold her,” Neesha looked Lawrence in the eye and started eating again. Lawrence looked at her seriously.

“I’m telling you, Neesha. Mew could be dangerous,” Lawrence took a drink. Mew playfully glared at him but it still freaked Lawrence out a little. Mew then reached her little hand over the edge of the table and grabbed a noodle off of Neesha’s tray and popped it into her mouth.

“Ew. A pokemon that likes human food. That’s just creepy,” Lawrence gave Mew a funny look and took another bite.

“Just buttered noodles. She’s probably pretty hungry. Why don’t you go get food from . . . oh yeah. You’re Mew. People would freak,” Neesha said, realizing getting free pokemon food from the cooks would be a bit awkward.

[Before School Is Out]

“I NEED OUT!” Lawrence withers in his seat while the clocks slowly ticks.

“Calm down. We got three minutes!” Neesha massaged her forehead.

“Maybe we should go beat someone up,” Darth Paul spoke up behind Lawrence.

“Great idea, Stockholm!” Lawrence spat.

“You mean Sherlock?” Darth Paul asked.

“Yeah, whatever!” Lawrence crawled under his desk. Neesha rolled her eyes.

“Hey, you guys, wanna come to my soccer game tonight?” Ken (the Digimon Emperor) asked.

“Sure,” Lawrence said happily, thinking about being out of school at last.

“I’ll come,” Neesha said. Mew popped out of Neesha’s desk and raised a hand and smiled.

“Okay. It’s at 6, where it always is,” Ken said.

“Sure smart kid,” Lawrence said sarcastically, since Lawrence didn’t do very well in school.

“What is our homework anyway?” Neesha asked, packing up.

“Um . . . I think our assignment was to egg a house,” Harley Quinn answered, flipping her hair at Neesha. Neesha ignored it as Harley tried to seduce Lawrence. But Lawrence was too dumb to notice her.

“We really should do something stupid tonight,” Neesha announced.

“Like steal your dad’s underwear and hang it on a flag pole again? No! That was the stupidest thing a person could do. You have bruises for weeks!” Lawrence said.

“Yeah . . . but it was a good time,” Neesha smiled. The bell rang. Lawrence flew toward the door.

Neesha tried keeping up after him by running. Lawrence pulled some tricks on his skateboard to slow down a little.

“Hey guess what?” Lawrence asked, circling Neesha. Mew hung unto Lawrence’s shoulder to enjoy a free ride.

“What?” Neesha asked.

“My cousin is coming over tonight!” Lawrence said.

“Vash?” Neesha asked.

“Yeah. He might bring Dante too. Vash wanted to sit in on the meeting Saturday. Dante is coming because I told him Giovanni’s daughter is hot,” Lawrence joked. Neesha chased after him. Mew got on his head and messed his hair up, knowing that he was joking with her.

“Hey!” Lawrence said surprised, fixing his hair, brushing Mew off of him. Mew flew over to Neesha and piggy backed on her.

“I don’t think I’d like Dante very much. He kills things,” Neesha joked. (A/N: Dante is from “Devil May Cry”. Vash is from “Trigun”. They are both related to Lawrence. They’re resemblance is what Lawrence looks like. Blonde hair, nice figure, active when it comes to slaughter, you know, the usual.)

“You’re dad kills stuff,” Lawrence said.

“But he’s my dad!” Neesha admitted. Mew floated ahead, dancing around in the air out of a random burst of energy.

Neesha and Lawrence continued to walk to Neesha’s house to just mess around before the soccer game starts.

------

“Mewtwo is a bit on the moody side. He . . . almost has this assurance of himself that sort of puts him on the human side,” Giovanni explained to Blackwargreymon. Blackwargreymon towered over Giovanni but something about Giovanni scared Blackwargreymon a bit.

“He seems like a pretty nice guy when your daughter talks about him,” Blackwargreymon admitted.

“She doesn’t know him like I do. Mewtwo just does what she says because he realized that my daughter is not like me. Unfortunately, she could never inherit my empire because of that softness about her. I might just give into Lawrence having it after I die,” Giovanni looked down at the floor from the chair he always sat in while talking to a creature much more powerful than him.

“Well, then I’ll go find him. But where should I look?” Blackwargreymon asked.

“Somewhere he thinks no one would look for him, I’m sure,” Giovanni said. (I made this scenario long before that really dumb movie came out about Giovanni looking for Mewtwo after everyone got brainwashed except him.)

“I’m HOOOOOME!” Neesha called and walked over to her dad and gave him a hug.

“What the hell?” He randomly said.

“Hey, Mr. Rocket,” Lawrence waved at him.

“Hello Lawrence,” Giovanni said, trying to get Neesha off.

“Hey, what’s Blackwargreymon doing here?” Neesha asked. Blackwargreymon waved at her. Mew hid in Neesha’s backpack, away from Giovanni.

“I’m uh . . . getting assigned stuff,” Blackwargreymon stuttered.

“Cool. Dad, me and Lawrence are gonna eat something and then go to a friend’s soccer game, okay?” Neesha asked.

“Lawrence and I,” Giovanni corrected.

“Yeah, whatever.”

[Kitchen]

“I want a banana and ketchup!” Lawrence said to the cook.

“Be nice, I’m not paid much,” the cook said and Neesha laughed.

“You work specifically for my dad and you’re not paid much?!” Neesha asked.

“I’m just kidding! What? You think the person in charge of not poisoning his food wouldn’t be paid much?” The cook laughed. Lawrence glared.

“Do you have any Cheese Nips?” Lawrence asked.

“Sure,” the cook said.

“I want some too! And a Jones soda! And could you pack some buttered noodles?” Neesha asked.

[Soccer game]

“Why did you quit soccer?” Neesha asked Lawrence as they walked towards the field.

“I dunno. Lack of interest I guess,” Lawrence shrugged. Ken ran towards them.

“Hey you guys! The game starts soon!” Ken breathed heavily. Ken ran back to his teammates as Neesha and Lawrence sat down.

“Hey Lawrence, could you get my water bottle in my backpack?” Ken asked. Lawrence got up to get his water bottle. Lawrence unzipped the backpack and found a little green creature that seemed like a Pokemon. But being startled by it, he screamed.

“What’s wrong?” Neesha ran over. She looked at it, a bit surprised, knowing that she had seen quite a few Pokemon in her day, but not recognizing this one. Mew poked her head out of Neesha’s backpack and floated over to the creature. Mew then changed her figure to look exactly like it.

“Are you Ken’s friends?” The green thing spoke.

“Oh great, another talking Pokemon,” Lawrence sighed, not taking much liking to Meowth. Lawrence then saw a flashing light behind the green creature that was in Ken’s backpack. He reached in and picked it up.

“Must be his watch,” Lawrence reasoned, it becoming very appealing to his eye. “Now where’s his water bottle?” Lawrence spoke to himself, pressing the buttons on the “watch”. Neesha tried to take it from him.

“You’re gonna break it!” Neesha pulled on it, but Lawrence wouldn’t let it go. And in a second, they both disappeared. Wormmon sat there, wondering what happened, considering that they couldn’t have possibly used the digivice to go to the digital world, since it was Ken’s. But ignoring what science said was true, and believe his own eyes, he tried to find a way to tell Ken.

------

“Ow. My back,” Lawrence moaned.

“Hmm? I landed on something soft,” Neesha said content.

“Yeah. Me,” Lawrence coughed. Neesha quickly got up and gave Lawrence a hand.

“Where are we?” Neesha asked as Mew danced around in the air.

“How should I know?” Lawrence stood up, realizing he had the watch. It was beeping. He put it in his pocket and started walking with Neesha, who looked a bit distressed.

“I think I know where we are,” Neesha sighed.

“Where?” Lawrence asked.

“Do you know the project your brother, Yumaki, is working on?” Neesha asked.

“Um . . . yeah, I think so,” Lawrence said.

“I think this is the world he’s trying to reach,” Neesha said.

“The . . . digital world? Is that it?” Lawrence asked. “From what I hear, it’s completely computerized. So why would we be here? Yumaki makes t sound so fake,” Lawrence reasoned.

“It probably is fake, but for some reason, Yumaki also said that children can pass through,” Neesha told him. Mew continued to dance in the air.

“Like Ken I guess,” Lawrence said as he looked at the watch type device.

The two came to a crystal blue lake and sat by it, wondering what had happened.

“Did Yumaki say how to get back from the digital world?” Lawrence asked.

“I don’t know. I was listening in on his conversation with my dad. I would’ve asked him,” Neesha said. Mew glided over the water on the lake, just playing. Neesha wondered why Mew had such a random burst of energy like this. Maybe Mew knew that it was safe to fly around. Neesha shrugged. Just then, a humongous monster emerged from the water, trying to catch Mew. Mew teleported to where Neesha was. Lawrence and Neesha just stood there in amazement of how big it was. It was bigger than any Pokemon they had ever seen. It looked like a huge sea monster, with big, sharp teeth and a slender body, almost like an eel. It swam closer to Neesha and Lawrence.

Lawrence, realizing they should run, grabbed Neesha’s wrist and dragged her along, trying to escape the monster. But with one leap, the monster jumped out of the water and slid dead in front of Lawrence. Lawrence shook with fear, holding onto Neesha defensively. The monster brought it’s huge face to Lawrence’s height. Neesha looked at Mew, who was perched on her shoulder. Mew smiled widely, and Neesha’s worry became a little lighter. Seeing Mew smile was a rare treat that gave assurance. Mew then jumped on the creatures head, not hurting it, but just to sit. The creature did not disagree with it either. Lawrence realized the beast was not trying to hurt them.

“Hello,” the creature spoke. Lawrence backed up in surprise.

“Hi,” Lawrence stuttered.

“I think I have something of yours,” the creature spoke and motioned Mew to go back to the lake to retrieve two small pieces of a goldish material and two more watch-like figures. Mew gave Neesha a watch that was a white color and a goldish material that had a small blue and gold figure inside. Mew gave Lawrence a watch that was gold and dark green and his goldish plate had a strange golden pattern that was similar to the head of the monster that was talking to them.

“Gennai, a very tenacious, funny old fart gave these to me to give to the people they should glow near,” the creature said. “My name is Seadramon, and I guess I am your digimon.”

Lawrence was a bit taken by all of this. But making the best out of the situation, he looked at Seadramon with a serious look.

“How do we get back?” Lawrence asked.

“Get back from where?” Seadramon tilted it’s head to the side.

------

“What is it Myotismon?” Giovanni stroked his Persian, a bit annoyed with Myotismon’s incompetence.

“There’s two more digidestoned, sir,” Myotismon bowed down to him. Giovanni rolled his eyes.

“Why is this MY problem?” He asked.

“You might want to see why on your own,” Myotismon winced.

“Unless this has something to do with betrayal in the Guild, I don’t really care!” Giovanni tapped Persian on the side for her to move off of his lap. She careful got off of him, careful not to accidentally claw him. Last time she did, he beat her. Giovanni stood up and looked down at Myotismon. Myotismon looked up at him.

“It might, depending on how ugly this gets,” Myotismon said.

“How ugly WHAT gets?” Giovanni asked sternly. Myotismon flew over to a projector and put in a DVD of a video recording system he had in the digital world. Giovanni waited for the a picture to appear and when one did, he saw his daughter and Lawrence riding the back of a Seadramon in a lake. And a small pink creature was sitting on Neesha’s shoulder.

“When was this taken?” Giovanni asked, miffed and concerned.

“About an hour ago,” Myotismon said and bowed his head again.

‘What?! This is recent?!” He asked surprised.

“Yes. In fact, your daughter and Lawrence just got into the digital world no longer than when we caught them on tape,” Myotismon announced, a bit more confidently.

“I want them out now,” Giovanni demanded.

------

“WHAT WERE YOU THINKING?!” Giovanni yelled.

“What do you mean?” Neesha asked.

“Why were you there?!” Giovanni continued to yell at her.

“We didn’t go on purpose!” Lawrence defended Neesha, knowing that Giovanni would hit her again if she kept on making him angrier. He had seen it happen before and it tore him in two.

“Then how did you get there?” Giovanni soften a little bit.

“Ken’s digivice! He told us to get something for him in his backpack and there was a digimon and all of a sudden, we were there!” Lawrence said, already educated by Myotismon about there ventures.

“The Digimon Emperor?” Giovanni asked.

“Ken Ichijoji. He’s from our school. You know him?” Lawrence wondered.

“Yeah. He’s in the Council. The most recent of evil doers in the digital world. (Remember, this was made a lo o o o o ong time ago.) I’m expecting him to give me a report of his actions there this Saturday,” Giovanni finally softened completely.

“He’s at our school. He’s on most of the college courses, even though he’s a freshman. He’s a genius, they say,” Neesha spoke meekly. Her father looked at her, disappointed.

“You did leave your digimon there, right?” Giovanni asked Lawrence.

“I did not. It’s at my home right now. In a . . . smaller form of course,” Lawrence smiled. Giovanni gave him a weak smile back.

“Right. Well, I want both of you to use this “digidestined” sort of thing for evil. If you turn out like the rest of the destined, saving the world, one evil digimon at a time,” Giovanni teased.

“Duh, dad. Of course not,” Neesha said, lightening up and kissing him on the cheek. She quickly grabbed Lawrence’s wrist and pulled him toward the door.

“Where are you going?” Giovanni asked.

“We’re uh . . . going to Lawrence’s house,” Neesha said.

“But it’s 10 and a school night. Are you sleeping over?” Giovanni asked.

“Um . . . yeah?” Neesha worried.

“Since when have I let you sleep over at his house?” Giovanni asked surprised.

“Since ever, dad,” Neesha replied.

“Oh yeah. Say hi to your father for me, Lawrence,” Giovanni joked and sat down in his living room to his nice, plush leather couch.

“I will!” Lawrence scurried out of the Rocket home with Neesha and Mew in Neesha’s backpack.

Giovanni rested his head back on the couch, taking in deep breaths, trying to forget all the hassle he had been through within the last four hours. Persian climbed up on the couch, and rested her head on Giovanni’s leg. Giovanni smiled devilishly, finding it odd that a beast that could tear him apart would show compassion towards him. But he didn’t pay much heed to it, and tried to drift asleep. But he couldn’t help but feel like he was being watched. He slowly turned around, seeing that his brother had let himself in, him looking at Giovanni without being fazed by the fact that Giovanni found him standing there.

“What are you doing in my house?” Giovanni stood up quickly, almost ready to pull out his .44 from his designer lapel, knowing that when his brother comes in uninvited, it’s usually not to give him a hug and ask for money.

“Why can’t you just give me a warm welcome once in a while?” Oikawa asked sarcastically.

“Get out!” Giovanni demanded. Hearing Giovanni’s stern voice, Persian got up, knowing he wasn’t yelling at her. She slowly walked over to his side, protecting Giovanni.

“Don’t you want to hear what I have to say?” Oikawa asked, slurring his voice.

“No! Get out!” Giovanni yelled. Persian threateningly stood up and showed her teeth and dug her razor sharp claws into the wood floors.

“You know that I know about the incident in the digital world,” Oikawa brought up. Giovanni took a step back.

“What about it?” Giovanni said confidently.

“Your daughter is going to be a perfect asset to me when I use specific DNA to create my digimon,” Oikawa mused, smiling deviously. Giovanni’s eyes narrowed. He knew what Oikawa’s plans were with creating digimon, and he didn’t like the fact that he was incorporating Neesha into the plan.

“She won’t do it, you idiot!” Giovanni snickered. Persian purred, recognizing Neesha’s name, taking a great liking to her.

“She will . . . if I force her,” Oikawa smiled.

“How is THAT going to work out?” Giovanni teased.

“I’ll rape her,” Oikawa said, knowing that would drive Giovanni insane. Giovanni did react to it and he did pull out his gun.

“Shut up! If you do, I’ll kill you!” Giovanni said, shaking just a bit. He hated his brother and would waste no time killing him.

“But I’m sure she’ll do it even if I don’t force her to. She is very good to me,” Oikawa continued to tease him.

“No! Fuck no! I’ll kill you before you can see her beautiful face, you bastard!” Giovanni became enraged. Persian started to hiss at him.

“Sorry. Just telling you the plan,” Oikawa said, disappearing in the darkness. Giovanni turned the lights on, still having his gun in hand. Oikawa was no where to be found. So Giovanni picked up the phone.

------

“Hey dad, I’m home!” Lawrence called, taking off his shoes, Neesha doing the same.

“I heard about what you did after school today!” His father yelled. Lawrence rolled his eyes.

“News gets around fast when your parents work for crime lords, I see,” Lawrence said quietly to Neesha. Neesha giggled. Then the phone rang. Lawrence picked it up.

“Hello?” Lawrence asked.

“Lawrence?” Giovanni asked desperately.

“Hey, what’s wrong?” Lawrence asked.

“Protect her,” Giovanni pleaded.

“Neesha?” Lawrence asked.

“No, your mom, you dumbass. Of course Neesha!” Giovanni said.

“I always do! Why is it so important now?” Lawrence asked. Twirling the phone cord.

“My brother is going to be bothering her soon. He . . . he uh. . . said some things that I don’t agree with. Please don’t tell her. I don’t want her to worry. Just . . . keep an eye out for her please,” Giovanni pleaded.

“I won’t tell her. And I will protect her. Better yet, I’ll keep two eyes out for her,” Lawrence smiled.

“I know you will. Thank you, Lawrence. Be good to her,” Giovanni said, stunned that Lawrence really did care that much about Neesha.

“Will you let me marry her?” Lawrence said quietly.

“Of course. And you know what’s more? If you really want, when I die, you can have my empire. Marry my daughter, give her a good life. Because I didn’t,” Giovanni spoke quietly, almost in tears.

“Alright. I’ll see you tomorrow,” Lawrence smiled widely.

“Okay. Bye,” Giovanni hung up.

“Who was that?” Neesha asked.

“Your dad. He just wanted to know if you got here safe,” Lawrence smiled at her and hugged her.

“Okay. I love you, Lawrence,” She spoke softly.

“I love you too. Come on. Let’s go have some fun,” Lawrence said.

------

Neesha dressed into black, lacy lingerie and climbed into bed with Lawrence. He smiled at her and stroked her face.

“Your father gave me permission to marry you, honey,” Lawrence said quietly.

“Did he really?” Neesha whispered happily, smiling back at him.

“Yeah.” He kissed her and rested her head down on her pillow. He softly touched her neck and continued kissing for a long while. She finally gave up and stopped.

“Why did it matter to him so much if we became true digidestoned?” Neesha asked.

“How should I know?” Lawrence said, wondering why she would rather talk than make love. He got under the covers and softly kissed her stomach and ran his fingers along her breasts. Neesha smiled in pleasure and let out a sigh. Lawrence stopped, got on top of her, and looked her in the eyes.

“You promise to stay with me?” Lawrence asked her for the millionth time.

“Of course! Duh, Lawrence. I’ve told you a million times,” Neesha smiled back at him. Lawrence kissed her quickly again.

“I’m so happy you weren’t like your sisters who gave themselves away the first chance they got,” Lawrence said, referring to the fact that all of her sisters were not virgins, and Neesha had not had sex because she had CHOSEN not to, only to save it for Lawrence.

“Um . . . sure,” Neesha kidded with him. Lawrence tickled her and she giggled and tried to get away. Lawrence stopped and kissed her for a few minutes.

“Hey, hey, hey,” Neesha pulled away. “What’s up with you?”

“Meh,” He replied.

------

Lawrence popped his eyes open at the first of the sunlight coming from his window. He groaned and stretched, knowing that school was probably an hour away. He looked over at Neesha, next to him. She was still asleep. He stroked her back, softer than silk. She still did not stir. So Lawrence kissed her neck, checking to see if she was waking, but she wasn’t. So he got under the black, silk covers and pulled her panties down to lick her, but she still slept. Lawrence got up and looked at her face. He thought maybe she was playing with him. Since she couldn’t sleep THAT soundly. So he licked her ear continuously but still nothing. He shook her. And after that didn’t work, he shook her violently. That didn’t work either. Lawrence became a bit miffed. He got up from bed, got dressed, and tried to think of something else. Randomly, he ran and jumped on the bed, on top of her. She bolted up, two inches from his face.

“What are you doing?” Neesha asked innocently.

“I tried to wake you up. You gotta get ready for school! Do you realize how hard it is to wake you up?” Lawrence replied. Mew perked up, realizing that her master was awake.

“I’m sorry. Um . . . where’s my clothes?” Neesha asked, looking down, realizing her panties weren’t on.

“Huh?” Lawrence wondered, trying to see what Neesha was talking about, seeing that she was looking down at herself under the covers. He pulled them down and saw her problem.

“Oh,” Lawrence blatantly said. He quickly went to his drawers, taking out the extra clothes that he bought for Neesha, knowing her exact size for everything. He took out his favorite pair of clothes for her, a blue Element shirt, wrist bands, and khaki pants. She undressed, knowing that the clothes he picked out for her were HIS favorite, only willing to please him. He loved skater girls and he knew there weren’t enough of them in the world. Neesha didn’t mind making him happy.

------

“So what are you doing in school today?” Lawrence’s father, Lawrence the III, asked.

“Um . . . how should I know?” Lawrence said, laughing weakly. Neesha smiled at him.

“Funny. What was your homework last night?” His father asked.

“Um . . . egg a house?” Lawrence said innocently. Neesha giggled silently.

“Sure.”

[At School]

“Crap. School,” Lawrence muttered, putting his things in his locker. Neesha hugged him from behind.

“It’ll be okay!” Neesha said, trying to cheer him up, knowing that he hated school. Lawrence turned around and hugged her in return.

“Hello,” came a very funny accent from behind Neesha. Lawrence looked around her to find a very pale boy that looked their age in a black suit, much like Lawrence’s. Lawrence wore a nice suit almost every day, with a normal t-shirt under it. It was his style. But unlike him, this pale boy had all the proper attire. Neesha turned around too. The boy’s eyes were a very icy blue color, making him skin seem even more pale. His raven hair worsened it, as did his lapel.

“Can I help you?” Neesha asked, not appreciating that he ruined her nice, warm hug.

“Your father is partners with my father, as of recently,” He spoke arrogantly.

“And you are?” Neesha asked.

“Artemis Fowl the second,” Artemis kept his perfect posture, only an inch or so shorter that Neesha. Lawrence was a few inches taller than Neesha.

“Oh. I was afraid you were just another little brat whose parents joined Team Rocket or something,” Neesha snickered.

“Do you think I am a brat?” Artemis asked, almost sarcastically.

“Sure. But who isn’t here?” Neesha said reluctantly.

“Point taken,” Artemis said, walking with Neesha down the hall. Lawrence loosened his tie and walked behind them.

[At the Rocket home]

Giovanni took a small sip of vodka, tried hard to relax and not think about Oikawa, or Myotismon, or anyone that had “urgent” business with him. Drinking took a larger effect on him lately, but he tried hard not to, since the only person around to take anger out on was his daughter, who had much more coming for her in the sooner days. Tasha fought back when he hit her. She’d throw chairs and knives and other objects that had scarred him permanently. She was also not home for most of the time. She was out partying and sleeping with someone else. He had lost any control over her that he thought he had. He did have control over practically everything in his life. And it made him feel good. But it wasn’t enough. Neesha didn’t fight back. She would just sit there and not make a peep, whenever he’d abuse her, in whatever way he chose. Hitting her was easy. She put up no fight. Touching her was easy. She also put up no fight. When it came to yelling at her, she’s occasionally yell back but would stop when he got violent. All this drunkenness seemed to be hurting her but it made him feel good. And that’s all that mattered. He wanted to be like his mother, only caring towards her child. But he couldn’t do it. His mother shot herself, and everything she had taught him seemed to almost fade away. He remembered her saying that Pokemon could be trusted, but never humans or whatever life form came to him and asked for a job. Ever since the “Cloud” incident, he didn’t trust anyone. Lawrence III had introduced his cousin, Cloud, and Cloud and Giovanni had become best of friends. But then Cloud was sick of being a puppet to him, so he stabbed him in the back, and then tried to kill him. Giovanni winced as he brought back those memories into his head.

And then there was his wife. Claire, who had cared for him night and day for five years, left him to be with Lance because he was head of the Elite Four. Giovanni was planning on killing him, but he had other important business on the way. And now he had Carmen Sandeigo, and plenty of other women dying to have his children but he still missed Claire. He took another sip and sat there, starring at the ceiling.

“If school isn’t the worst thing in the world, I don’t know what is,” Lawrence said, putting his arms behind his head, slowly skating to the side of Neesha. Neesha sighed.

“Shut up. I’m sick of your complaining. Every day I hear ‘Ew! School sucks! Mew eats buttered noodles! I want sex! Blah, blah, blah!’ It has got to stop!” Neesha teased. Lawrence playfully glared at her.

“I’m a man! What can I say? They’re getting blue!” Lawrence joked. A car pulled to the side of them by the sidewalk. Then window rolled down only to show Oikawa.

“Hey, Uncle Oikawa!” Neesha greeted.

“Get in the car! I’ll take you home!” Oikawa announced joyfully.

“Okay!” Neesha replied. Lawrence hit a red flag.

“Um, could you give me a ride home too?” Lawrence asked.

“I’m sorry! It’s very urgent!” Oikawa said kindly. Lawrence frowned.

“All right. I understand,” Lawrence grimaced. The car sped off, Lawrence debating on whether to follow or not. But he figured that she had Mew to protect her, so everything would be all right.

------

“So what’s the rush?” Neesha asked.

“I have to ask you for a favor. A secret favor. You can’t tell anyone,” Oikawa said friendly.

“Okay. What is it?” Neesha asked very innocently. Oikawa knew how gullible she could be sometimes. This was one of those times, when people asked for a favor.

“I have this project . . . with children that I’m conducting and I need you to help, but you can’t tell your dad. I want him to be surprised,” Oikawa said, driving towards an abandon warehouse.

“Really?” Neesha said excited.

“Really. I’ll show you it when we get there.”

------

“Just sit down in that chair right there,” Oikawa gave instructions. She put her bag down gently, as not to hurt Mew and sat in the chair. Oikawa found it strange that she was not the least bit afraid of what he might do to her. Bu he grabbed the scanner type thing and brought it over to her neck.

“This might sting just a little, tiny bit. And I’m sorry. But it’ll make your father very happy,” Oikawa thought maybe he wasn’t convincing her. But the look on her face LOOKED convinced. It looked almost fake, as if she really was scared but was doing it anyway. He put the device to the back of her neck and she shivered as the cold surface touched her skin. He almost felt guilty for using her as a subject but that would not stop him. He pressed the button and released the spore into her neck. She moaned in pain and fell off the chair onto her knees. Mew felt the pulse of psychic energy, telling her that Neesha was in immense pain but it only lasted for a few seconds and Neesha got up and felt the back of her neck. It didn’t seem any different from before. She wondered a bit of what happened to her, but her brain then told her it was not important, and that listening to Oikawa was the most important thing she was to do right now. Oikawa looked at her, trying to figure out if it worked the same way it did on the Ichijoji brothers. It might have, he thought. But he couldn’t be sure. He decided to test it and he purposely dropped a pencil on the floor.

“Pick that up!” He demanded. She did, not questioning why HE couldn’t just pick it up.

“Break that table!” He demanded, pointing to the table that was next to him. Neesha went over and tried to break the legs on it with her bare hands. He did not tell her to stop until her hands bled and were splintered. He then went a bit farther with the mind control device.

“Give me sex!” He demanded, almost laughing at his own words, not thinking that his niece would actually obey. But she walked very close to him and unzipped his pants. Once she was there, he knew it worked and told her to stop before he got too carried away. He was going to save it for when he would do it in front of Giovanni, to show him that he had the power now. Giovanni would be nothing compared to him. And he would rule everything. He would be the ultimate Boss. And everything would be perfect.

------

Oikawa drove Neesha home, her smiling all the way. Once they came to his house, Giovanni ran outside with Lawrence, in awe that Oikawa had gotten his way. Again, losing control of himself, Giovanni pulled out his gun and waved it at Oikawa.

“What did you do to her?!” He yelled and grabbed his brother by the collar of his shirt, hating his purple over coat, hating the fact that he was related to him.

“Neesha, why don’t you tell your father what I did to you!” Oikawa teased. Neesha looked up at her dad, with an expression on her face that seemed eerie. She walked right up to her fathers face and said, “He drove me home.” Giovanni threw Oikawa out of his way, onto the pavement.

“Did he hurt you, honey?” Giovanni took her into his arms. Lawrence was worried. He was told that Oikawa was dangerous to Neesha.

“No. Why would he?” Neesha asked innocently, with a funny smile on her face. Giovanni softened, only a bit, looking at his brother who stayed on the ground. Giovanni pointed the gun at him again.

“You sick freak! WHAT DID YOU DO?!” Giovanni yelled, shooting the ground next to him. Oikawa jerked, not realizing that Giovanni was angrier than ever before. Neesha spun around and used her body as a shield to protect Oikawa. She did not know why she was doing this, but her brain forced her to.

“Don’t hurt him, daddy,” Neesha playfully warned. Almost playfully. Something seemed wrong.

“Yeah, don’t hurt him daddy,” Oikawa imitated. Giovanni stepped back, taking his aim off of Oikawa. He finally knew what it felt like to not know what was going on, to be blackmailed, things he had been doing to other people since . . . ever. And it scared him. He put his gun away and walked into his house. He grabbed the bottle of vodka and went into his room. Lawrence stood there, wondering what the heck had happened, and Oikawa bid farewell to Neesha, knowing that life just got a little easier.
